Please have your RSVP card returned by October. If you have any dietary restrictions, please list on your card.

The Ceremony will be outside, weather permitting. Cocktail Hour and Reception will follow, inside. Bring a layer, and wear comfy shoes to dance!

There is parking and valet available at the Hotel. With many things within walking distance, it is recommended not to rent a car, and to Uber. Transportation is provided for the Welcome Party, which is also a short walk from the hotel (8 minutes).

We are lucky that both DFW, Dallas-Fort Worth, and DAL, Dallas LoveField, are both conveniently located near the hotel. Either are good options.

Please allow travel time from the airport. We would love to have everyone at the Welcome Party- Country Casual attire!

There is a bar in the Hotel Lobby, if you’d like to keep the party going after the Reception!

Feel free to plan your Sunday however you’d like. There are no events, so you may have the day for travel.

Please try to avoid your phone! We have a great photographer, a Photo Booth, and we are looking forward to making great memories with everyone!
